New and renewal applications will require a Tax Compliance Report (TCR) from the IRS, which can be downloaded for free at: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-compliance-report.
Tax Exempt Organizations can also submit a Letter of Determination. If you are unable to obtain a TCR or Letter of Determination, an IRS Compliance Waiver may be requested from the Department of Taxation.
